My love for boxing

If you would have told me a few years ago that I now exercise 4-6 times a week and that I am about to start to compete in boxing I would have never believed you, probably would have laughed in your face!  Before I moved back to Sweden I was living in Holland and I was in the worst shape ever not taking care of myself and my body at all. Exercising never even came to mind that was just not for me I thought even though I had always been a bit fascinated by kickboxing and thought that in a different life I would have kick-boxed. Sports was never a big part of my life growing up either, I tried a few different sports and the only one that stuck was dancing, and I did do that for a few years but not on a high level. Moving back to Sweden was a bit of a chock in the sense that here people are quite healthy and from what I was hearing it seemed that pretty much everyone had a gym-membership.
